Director of Admin Operations

I was born and raised in the South Bay- in San Ysidro.  Living so close to the border allowed me to enjoy beer as early as 18 (legally in Mexico, of course). I knew it would be a great opportunity when Tim and Dali mentioned they were thinking of opening up a brewery. I convinced them to let me be a part of their journey in any capacity, and have since been a part of the CVB team since it was just an idea. I have worn many hats - from beertender to delivery person, have helped brew beers and poured at many festivals. I now wear the hat of Director of Admin Operations, which is just a fancy name for “Mini Boss”. I’m thankful and excited to be a part of a great team that makes great, award-winning beer!
